The Rebel Alliance Empowering proposes to his members the adoption of a new paradigm that is inspired by the concepts that, from time to time, can appear slightly new, by it actually isn’t for who is committed daily in companies’ management and economic sociology and of productive organizations. Concepts such as: Open Innovation, Lean Production & HubWorking, Holonic Company & Resources Empowerment, are some of our inspiriting principles, which are already being adopted by the most innovative companies.
Surpassing tedious theoretical explanations, we highlight that, through our organizational method that includes the production’s division in tasks to be given to expert coordinated agents, we are able to activate synergic mechanisms thanks to which we elaborate our competitive attuative strategy on the Creative Industry of Content’s market, supplying innovation, quality and competitive costs.
For the ones whom are willing to go further on the fundamental concepts of the theoretical basis over which we have developed our model’s mechanisms, we would like to quote some sentences from the work of the major experts [Saccani et al 1994-2005)].
Rebel Alliance Empowering is an Holonic System intended to be a “Global Entity, organized in cross-relations between operative units (companies) and Individuals (professionals) with high standards of self-regulation and capable of cooperating mutually, which means to conduct different levels of effective transactions, keeping their autonomy in the view of shared results or common aims (…)”.

One of the fundamental aims of this system “is not the simple storage of knowledge, but else it is the creation of a shared basic knowledge, specific competences and self-organizational skills, that guide and model the perception system of the external stimuli, the quick spreading within the System an their transformation in actions aimed at the business”.

Such as a living organism, the Holonic system does not represent a simple aggregation of parts or whole companies or elementary processes, actually an integrated hierarchy of autonomous subsystems, built in turn by subsystems ad so on. Each subsystem pursues a specific autonomous objective, but it is capable of getting in line with all of the other to pursue the common objective.
The Holonic system is not a tactical alliance or a consortium between companies to face together specific problems, while it is more of a strategic alliance, that involves a wide number of subjects within a specific business system, granting their highest operative autonomy with the support of a superior base of knowledge on a systemic point of view.
The functional units, in each level of hierarchy, have two faces as they act:

b) as a part, when headed towards the top

Paraphrasing what the economist Charles Handy states, speaking about federalism, the Holonic System “tries to be extended in some aspects and small in others, to centralize in some cases and decentralize in others. It tries to operate locally through many of its decisions, but tries to give to its objectives a global nature. It tries to maximize independence, taking into account that there is a certain cross dependence; to encourage differences within some limits; tries to keep a strong center but to the service of the parts; it can and has to be guided by the aforesaid center, but has to be managed by the other parts also. Within the holonic system the small can influence the big and the individuals can exert influence”.

The idea of Holonic System, elaborated to describe some organization structures that are spread around nature (for instance: the starfish), can also be applied in the business world as referring model to describe a strongly flexible, reactive and adaptive system setting.
The holonic production systems inherit their architecture from the model of the distributed autonomous system, as their control is delegate to the individual peripheral units, but with a precise coordinating mechanism that acts through cooperation. To obtain coordination and cooperation within the system, the presence of a common objective is fundamental, which has to be capable of inducing the elements of the system to get together even before the manifestation of an actual necessity.

For this reason Rebel Alliance Empowering aims at expanding the System’s action area, with a parallel recruiting of partners (holons) in those markets, such as South America, Middle East and Eastern Africa, tending proactively to the markets of Eastern Europe, Russia and South East Asia.
