ARTExperience serves as the framework for the solutions we develop to implement the communication marketing strategies of companies, institutions engaged in territorial marketing, and service industry organizations that activate cause-related marketing campaigns.

The Rebel Alliance Empowering program encourages its members to adopt a new paradigm that is inspired by concepts that may appear new, but are in fact familiar to those who are involved in the daily management of companies and the economic sociology of productive organizations. Concepts such as Open Innovation, Lean Production and HubWorking, Holonic Company and Resources Empowerment, are some of the inspiring principles that we promote and which have already been adopted by the most innovative companies
The development of the Rebel Alliance Empowering program is the result of a spin-off by its founders, who built upon the findings of the applied academic research program Humanism & Technology, in which they were researchers. The program aimed to examine and analyze the risk factors for a start-up in the field of digital creative content production. The goal was to develop an innovative business model capable of competing efficiently and effectively (attempting to counteract the natural business risk) in the emerging Digital Content Industry.
This applied research and study has enabled us to re-engineer business processes that are typically used in the Creative Industry and that are now obsolete, in order to define a more efficient route to compete |
Rebel Alliance Empowering is a program/project that aims to establish a continuously evolving 'Holonic Network Intelligent System'. The system is designed to expand and evolve to meet the development needs of an organizational capacity aimed at facilitating the rapid aggregation of individual companies, consultants, professionals, and artists, with the aim of leveraging business opportunities that are often latent
Without getting into tedious theoretical explanations, we want to emphasize that our organizational method, which involves dividing production into tasks assigned to coordinated experts, allows us to activate synergistic mechanisms that enable us to develop competitive strategies in the Creative Content Industry. Through this approach, we provide innovation, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Below is a summary of the theoretical basis on which the Rebel Alliance program is based
Rebel Alliance Empowering is a holonic system designed to be a "Global Entity" that operates through cross-relationships between operational units (companies) and individuals (professionals) with high standards of self-regulation and mutual cooperation, allowing for effective transactions at different levels while maintaining autonomy in the pursuit of shared results or common goals. The boundaries of the system have no limits and extend beyond the operational territorial borders of each holon, and in a hierarchical relationship, surpass the ones of a decentralized production.
The companies are held together by a complex set of connections that govern, de facto, the relationships that occur in a global partnership spirit. One of the fundamental goals of this system is not simply to store knowledge, but to create shared basic knowledge, specific competencies, and self-organizational skills that guide and shape the perception system of external stimuli, the rapid dissemination within the system, and their transformation into actions aimed at the business.
The way of doing business in these systems is characterized by a continuous and articulate mutual interaction between a group of subjects and the surrounding environment, without any trauma. Like a living organism, the Holonic system is not a simple aggregation of parts, whole companies, or elementary processes, but rather an integrated hierarchy of autonomous subsystems, built in turn by subsystems and so on. Each subsystem pursues a specific autonomous objective, but it is capable of aligning with all the others to pursue the common objective. The Holonic system is not a tactical alliance or consortium between companies to face specific problems together, but rather a strategic alliance that involves a wide range of subjects within a specific business system, granting them the highest operative autonomy with the support of a superior base of knowledge from a systemic point of view.
The functional units, at each level of hierarchy, have two faces in their actions:
a) as a whole, when headed towards the bottom
b) as a part, when headed towards the top
The functional units, at each level of hierarchy, have two faces in their actions:
a) as a whole, when headed towards the bottom
b) as a part, when headed towards the top
Each subsystem is referred to as a "holon" because it possesses both autonomous characteristics that make it unique compared to other parts of the system, and all the parts that distinguish the system as a whole from others. As described above, the Holonic System has strong similarities, at least in its fundamental principles, with the idea of federalism. To quote economist Charles Handy, when speaking about federalism, the Holonic System "tries to be big in some things and small in others, to centralize in some cases and decentralize in others. It tries to operate locally for many of its decisions, but tries to give its objectives a global nature. It tries to maximize independence, while recognizing that there is some interdependence; to encourage differences within limits; it tries to have a strong center but be in the service of the parts; it can and should be guided by the said center, but must be managed by the other parts as well. Within the Holonic System, the small can influence the large and individuals can exert influence.
The concept of the Holonic System, originally developed to describe certain organizational structures found in nature (such as starfish), can also be applied as a reference model to describe a highly flexible, reactive, and adaptive business system. Holonic production systems are based on a distributed autonomous system architecture, where control is delegated to individual peripheral units, but with a precise coordinating mechanism that operates through cooperation. To achieve coordination and cooperation within the system, a common objective is essential, which must be capable of bringing the elements of the system together even before the emergence of an actual need.
Organizational communication plays a crucial role in instilling a sense of belonging and common purpose within the human component of the holarchy. By promoting a clear and compelling vision and mission, members (holons) are more likely to feel invested in the success of the system as a whole, rather than just their individual roles. This fosters a culture of cooperation and collaboration, which is essential for the effective functioning of the holonic system.
It is in the operational application of these new concepts of business management that we have defined our Holonic System, which we have named the Rebel Alliance International Network
During the development of our start-up, we have planned a geographic expansion strategy of the System since the foundation of the network, through the relocation of Territorial Coordination Centers (that we named: hub) in emerging and/or expanding markets.
Since the foundation of the network RAIN, with its first hub in Italy, we deemed it appropriate to immediately create two other hubs under our direct control to initiate the process: the first in the United States (Los Angeles), and the second in the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi). Subsequently, other partners (holons) have joined, such as those in Brazil, India, and Kenya.
